Bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms, both with bedside tables, reading lamps, charging points and storage. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite shower room; Bedroom 2 uses the separate family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The living room has a daybed with a trundle, giving two further single beds, so the flat sleeps up to six. Cotton bed linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and blackout blinds throughout. Living room: large lounge with two three-seater sofas, the daybed, a 42-inch smart TV, and books and games. A quiet dedicated workspace with desk, chair and light is set up in the spacious hallway away from the living areas. Kitchen and dining: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and oven, air fryer, slow cooker, kettle and toaster, with cookware, crockery and cutlery, plus a starter selection of teas, coffees and breakfast items. Dining table for eight. Laundry facilities on site. Parking and access: one allocated space in the car park on site; EV trickle charging by arrangement. The flat is reached by exterior steps, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
