The living room has a double sofa bed, so the flat sleeps up to six. Towels, bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, and blackout blinds throughout. Living room: large through lounge with two three-seater sofas (one the sofa bed), a 42-inch smart TV with Netflix and Prime, books and games, and a dedicated workspace. Kitchen and dining: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, slow cooker, kettle and toaster, with cookware, crockery and cutlery, plus a starter selection of teas, coffees and breakfast items. Dining table for seven. Bathroom: family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath (the bath itself is small). Outside: private fully enclosed courtyard garden with a six-foot fence, rattan sofa set and an outdoor dining table for seven. Parking and access: one allocated space in the shared car park at the rear, steps from the garden gate, suitable for a large car or van; EV trickle charging by arrangement.
