Ivy-covered Grade II listed Victorian cottage in natural Purbeck stone in the heart of Swanage, 150 metres from the beachfront and a short walk from the main shopping street. Cosy, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a private fully fenced garden, fire pit and outdoor dining. WiFi and a dedicated workspace. Sleeping: a king-size bed in bedroom one, a double in bedroom two, two singles in bedroom three and a single in bedroom four, so up to seven guests. Bed linen and room-darkening blinds; travel cot, high chair and safety gates available. Open-plan living and dining area with flagstone floor, three-seat sofa, armchairs and smart TV, and a dining table for six. Kitchen with gas cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with bath plus a WC. Sound system, books and board games, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, hairdryer and central heating. Self check-in with a lockbox. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. House rules: no smoking, no parties or events. Pets allowed. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
