Homely townhouse over three floors on a hill above Swanage, with sweeping views across the town and Swanage Bay and the beach and local attractions close by. Set up for larger groups, with four bathrooms plus a WC, a back garden with patio and outdoor dining, WiFi and a dedicated workspace. Long stays welcome. Sleeping: a king-size bed in bedroom one, two bunk beds in bedroom two, a king-size and a single in bedroom three and a double in bedroom four, so up to eleven guests. Bed linen and room-darkening blinds; travel cot and high chair available. Kitchen with Belfast sink, range-style cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster, with an open-plan dining lounge and a large table. Four bathrooms, one with a bath. Indoor fireplace, TV and sound system, books and board games, washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer and heating. Beach items and cushions for the outdoor furniture stored in the hallway. Self check-in with a lockbox. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. House rules: no smoking, no parties or events. Pets allowed. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
