The mix is two ground floor one bedroom apartments with a king bed, two first floor two bedroom apartments with a king and two single beds, two first floor studios with a single bed, and two ground floor one bedroom apartments at the rear with their own private entrances and two reserved parking spaces. Every apartment is self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. All have a microwave and a fridge. All except the studios have a hob and a washing machine, and the studios have an air fryer. There are no ovens in the building. Heating is central throughout. Parking is free on the street nearby and in the Morrisons car park across the road, and two private spaces are reserved for the two rear apartments. Entry is by digital door lock on each apartment and on the main building entrance, with key fobs available. Largs sits on the Ayrshire coast with the promenade, shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and it is a practical base for work across North Ayrshire and the Clyde coast. Check in is from 3pm and check out by 10.30am. Late check out and early check in may be possible on request.
