The bright, comfortable living room features a Smart TV, fast WiFi and patio doors opening onto a private garden, creating the perfect space to relax after work or a day exploring. A dining table seats up to five guests and also provides a practical workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, cookware and utensils, making self-catering easy for both short and extended stays. Sleeping arrangements include a super king or twin room, a king or twin room, and a single bedroom. The modern bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and complimentary toiletries. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private garden and private parking for 2 vehicles. Self check-in allows flexible arrivals, with full access details provided before arrival. All MCPI Hosting properties benefit from professional cleaning, fresh linen and towels, free WiFi, dedicated workspace and fully equipped kitchens. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request. The MCPI Hosting team is available daily from 8am–10pm to assist with any questions. If arriving outside these hours, please let us know in advance. Before arrival, the lead guest must complete secure online check-in, including photo ID and acceptance of the Guest Terms & Conditions. Choose either a fully refundable £350 security deposit or a £25/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £110), completed online before arrival. House Rules: No pets.
