Welcome to The New House, a large privately gated property on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, right on the Shropshire/South Staffordshire border. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and generous communal space, it’s an ideal base for large groups of contractors, tradespeople and workers, whether you’re staying for a few nights or several weeks. With secure parking for up to 6 vehicles, an acre of private grounds and plenty of space to relax after a busy working day, this is a property designed for groups who want to stay together without feeling cramped. There are 5 bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds, all ensuite, plus 2 twin bedrooms with two 3ft single beds in each. One twin room and a bathroom with shower are conveniently located on the ground floor. The spacious lounge is a real highlight, offering ample sofa seating for the whole group, a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove – perfect for putting your feet up after work. There’s also a large dining room with a big dining table and additional seating, making it easy for everyone to eat together, plus a separate bar area with wine cooler. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, with an adjoining snug and breakfast bar providing even more space for the group. A separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer working stays. Outside, there’s a large patio, lawned garden and small woodland, with outdoor tables and chairs, charcoal BBQ and fire pit. A 5–6 person hot tub is available as an optional extra (£200 per stay, advance booking required). The location is excellent for workers travelling across the region, with easy access to Telford, Ironbridge, Cosford, Bridgnorth, Cannock, Kidderminster, Walsall, Stourbridge and Dudley.
