The door locks automatically behind you. Hallway – Motion sensors automatically activate the lights, while LED feature lighting adds a stylish touch. The rear hallway, stairs and upstairs landing also have automatic lighting for easy nighttime access. Living Room – Relax with comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV with Freeview and apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. A table with bar stools provides a handy dining or workspace area. Kitchen – The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for snacks or full meals, with cooking facilities, kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided. Wi-Fi & Heating – High-speed Wi-Fi is available via the living room router. Scan the QR code to connect. Hive heating controls help keep you comfortable. Bedrooms – There are three bedrooms: one king room downstairs and two upstairs. One has a king bed and the other a super king that can be split into two singles with advance notice. All rooms have hotel-quality linen, comfy duvets and Smart TVs with Freeview. Bathrooms – There are three shower rooms/WCs: one downstairs and two upstairs, including an en-suite. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided. Parking – Free, safe street parking is available directly outside. Before check-in, all guests must complete our online check-in form and sign a short-term rental agreement covering house rules and host responsibilities.
