The living room offers a comfy sofa bed on request, ideal for larger groups needing extra sleeping space. Fully Equipped for Longer Stays: Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer break, you'll have everything you need: ✓ Modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, and microwave ✓ Fresh towels, linens, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay ✓ Two shower rooms with toilet, plus a separate WC Work & Play: Stay connected with fast Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the property, perfect for working remotely or streaming your favourite shows. Guest Access: ✔ Keyless entry via a smart Yale keypad at the front door. Other Things to Note ➞ Pets welcome by request (higher deposit applies) ➞ No parties or loud music ➞ A refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in ➞ We require all guest to undergo our own verification process We do not allow parties, loud noise, or events. Out of respect for our neighbours, all house rules must be followed. A Nest security camera is in place for safety and compliance.
