A whole three-bedroom flat in the middle of Lewes, let to one company or one crew at a time. Sleeps six to eight. Three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms, so nobody is queuing at seven in the morning. Two super kings, a double and a single, and two more single beds in the living room if you need them. Full kitchen, washing machine, a dining table that seats eight, and broadband well over 20Mb with somewhere proper to sit and work. The parking is the bit people notice. There is off-street parking on site, which is close to unheard of in a town centre where everything else is metered. Lewes station is a two-minute walk, Brighton is fifteen minutes by train, and the A27 is five minutes away, so Newhaven, Eastbourne and the Brighton sites are all an easy run. A few honest notes. It is the top floor of a Grade II listed house, reached by a private staircase that is steep and narrow in places, and there is no lift. No smoking anywhere. The gas safety certificate and EICR are current and there are smoke and CO alarms throughout. Pets are fine on longer stays. Sole occupancy only, so your team has the whole place to themselves. January to March is our quiet season and wide open.
