Welcome to Cross Keys House, a charming four-bedroom cottage in the heart of Kirk Yetholm, nestled within the beautiful Scottish Borders. Ideal for families, couples and walking enthusiasts, this peaceful countryside retreat is the perfect base for exploring rolling hills, quiet lanes and nearby attractions before returning to relax in comfort. Inside, you'll find a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a spacious dining room perfect for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Upstairs are four inviting bedrooms, including a flexible master that can be arranged as either a king-size or twin room, plus two characterful attic bedrooms tucked beneath the eaves. A private garden offers a peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day outdoors. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage throughout their stay, with ample private parking available for multiple vehicles. Self check-in allows flexible arrivals, with full access instructions and secure entry details provided before your stay. The MCPI Hosting team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist with any questions. If you're arriving outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can ensure smooth access. Before arrival, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in, including acceptance of the Guest Terms & Conditions and submission of valid photo ID. Guests can choose between a fully refundable £350 security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of £25 per night (capped at £110). This must be completed online before arrival. House Rules No pets permitted. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors (£1,000 charge applies if evidence is found). No parties or events. Breaches will result in immediate removal without refund. This property is intended for peaceful holiday stays and is not suitable for contractor or work crew accommodation.
