The main bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. Outside, enjoy a front garden with picnic bench and views across the Swaledale valley, while open countryside stretches behind the cottage where sheep often graze. Located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Hill House offers walking and cycling routes from the doorstep, with the excellent Punch Bowl Inn just a short walk away. Private parking, self check-in, fresh linen and towels are included. Before arrival, the lead guest completes secure online check-in, including photo ID and acceptance of our guest terms. Choose either a fully refundable £300 security deposit or a £25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £110).
