Welcome to our beautiful house in Stevenage. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridgefreezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer also available - all amenities fully functional! The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. WiFi passcode by the TV for ease. The heating control is enroute upstairs to your right, toggle up and down to control temperature - please do not remove or move control from location. This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9/10. In the first bedroom, you will find a double/l bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double/large bed. The third and fourth bedrooms contains double beds. For extra, there is a pull out sofabed in the living space. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom upstairs has a toilet and sink and a bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Late checkout charge of £60 to cover cleaning if between 1-2 hours), if still in Please treat the property with respect, everything should be left as found on checkout please, plus no partying or loud noise after 10pm as residential area. If with pets, no furry friends upstairs or on the sofa - thanks. Also be mindful of blocking other cars when parking too. There is a driveway but the council has not authorised the use as neighbours complain it will block a parking space in the cue de sac so if u have 2 cars, one can be parked in front and the other in the drive so you are not blocked in! You can park freely anywhere as long as no one is blocked in.
