Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided and complimentary tea and coffee. The Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. Access to the apartment is via self check in with an electronic key code for the main building and a key safe with keys for access to the apartment. As check in and check out are contactless we are flexible in agreeing early and late check outs to accommodate your working schedule. This apartment is located just 1 mile from the city centre and has great transport links to the surrounding areas. We have 6 apartments in this building and therefore are able to accommodate from solo workers to larger teams.

We can be fairly flexible with check in to suit your working schedule. The cleaning fee of £50 plus vat is at the end of the stay however for longer stays additional cleans can be provided on an ad hoc basis for £50 plus vat. per clean. This includes clean towels and change of bed linen.
