HOUSE RULES & REQUIREMENTS • Online check-in, agreement to Guest T&Cs and valid photo ID are required before arrival. • Choose a refundable £250 security deposit or a £15-per-night non-refundable damage waiver, capped at £65. • Pets require prior approval and a £75 pet fee for deep cleaning. • No indoor smoking or vaping. A £1,000 charge applies if evidence is found. • Parties are strictly prohibited; breaches may result in removal without a refund. • Quiet hours apply from 10pm. • Stays of 14+ nights require additional paid housekeeping every fortnight.
