Welcome to Number 20, a spacious and freshly styled first-floor apartment in a quiet residential spot on the edge of open fields. It's a peaceful base for contractors and working crews who want a proper rest between shifts. The apartment has its own private entrance up a flight of stairs. Inside there are two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, so up to four guests can sleep comfortably. The living room has a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, and there's a desk for paperwork and planning. The kitchen has an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster, plus a dining table for sitting down to a proper meal. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. Free Wi-Fi and central heating run throughout. Parking is free and on site. Barnsley town centre is about a mile away, Locke Park is close by, and J37 of the M1 is only a few minutes' drive. Self check-in is by keysafe. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. There's a 2-night minimum stay and a £50 cleaning fee per stay. Longer bookings are very welcome, so just ask.
