About this stay

A four-bedroom semi-detached house on Spring Road in Ipswich, well suited to work crews and contractors on longer projects. Ipswich Hospital and the University of Suffolk are close by, and the town centre is within easy reach. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 each have a double bed. Every bedroom has a smart TV, a work desk and wardrobe storage. There are two bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, and there is a washing machine and a drying rack. There is a lounge and dining area with a smart TV, a second lounge, fast WiFi with an ethernet connection, and a private back garden with outdoor seating. Fresh bed linen and towels, an iron and a hairdryer are provided. There is free parking on site for two cars and self check-in with a smart lock. No smoking, no pets and no parties.
