The dining table seats 4. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery and cutlery. There is 1 family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, mirror and fresh towels. The property is professionally cleaned between guests, with fresh linen and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning is available on request. A clean workspace and WiFi make it suitable for business trips and longer stays. Supermarkets, cafés, pubs and shops are a short drive away in Knaresborough. GUEST ACCESS Guests benefit from self check-in and check-out, with secure entry instructions provided before arrival. No parties are permitted; breaches may result in immediate removal by security without refund, with the deposit potentially used for removal and damages.
