This 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Ayr town centre is ideally located to enjoy everything the town has to offer. You are only a few minutes’ walk from Ayr train station in one direction and the bus terminal in the other. There’s a huge choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants right outside the front door. The famous Ayr Shore seafront is a short 10-minute walk away, while the Racecourse is less than 5 minutes by car or taxi. Fully equipped and ideal for work or leisure stays, the flat has plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. Its central location makes it great for exploring Ayr, although parking is limited. Free parking is available for 2 hours on the street outside, or there is a 24-hour car park just 30 seconds’ walk away, costing around £5 per 24 hours. Alternatively, free street parking is available around 10 minutes’ walk outside the town centre. The open-plan living/kitchen/dining area has a comfy sofa and dining table for two. There’s also a 55" Smart TV with Freeview and super-fast broadband, allowing you to log into your favourite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare anything from a snack to a full 3-course meal. The bedroom has a super-comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linen and another Smart TV. For longer stays, there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can pack light. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with an electric shower, and we provide soft towels. We also supply a starter pack with tea, coffee and sugar, plus some toiletries for your convenience. All in all, a great centrally located apartment for exploring Ayrshire or working in the area. We welcome longer stays and offer discounts, with weekly or fortnightly cleans available. Being on the first floor, there are stairs to access the apartment and no lift, so please bear this in mind before booking.
