The property has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes providing ample storage. The spacious living area includes a sofa, TV, and fast free WiFi, giving you all the essentials for downtime or catching up on work. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to cook at home, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils. A clean, modern bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and bath. There is also a WC downstairs. The private garden is complete with an outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxing in. A parking space is allocated to the house in a secure car park to the rear. Check in is via a key safe at the premises and we can be fairly flexible with check in and check out times to accommodate your schedule. The house is situated in Bootle and has excellent transport links to Liverpool City Centre which is approximately a 15 minute car journey. It is also close to the neighbouring areas of Walton, Aintree, Waterloo and Crosby. Bootle Oriel train station is a short walk away.
