ChiPad Mono is our one double bedroom first floor apartment with private entrance in a quiet residential gated estate in Chichester. Being only a 10 minute or so stroll from Chichester city centre it also benefits from off street parking, unusual for city centre properties such as this. The property also has available a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room providing comfortable separate sleeping areas for 2 people. It is ideally located for the University, Hospital, Chichester Festival Theatre and only a 5 minutes or so drive from Goodwood and Rolls Royce Motor Cars. Accessible only by stairs it is probably not suitable for those with mobility issues. It has one allocated parking space for a car sized vehicle. Please note, no commercial vehicles are allowed overnight.
