The Lower bedroom (Master) is fitted with a King size bed and has an attached en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. Bedroom 2 has split and link beds that can be configured as a Super King bed or 2 x single beds along with a wall mounted Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 is a flex room fitted with a Full size Murphy bed and French doors leading to the back garden area. The rear garden area is paved and equipped with a newly purchased gas BBQ and picnic bench, perfect for meals and socializing. There is an open plan living and dining room area with seating for 6 people around the dining table. In the living room there is a log burner and a 65" flat screen TV. The kitchen is newly refitted with gas hobs and oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher along with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are spectacular ocean views from the living room and kitchen areas.
