We have our own private 6 vehicle car park shared only between our 2 apartments, TVs in all rooms, super fast WiFi, Virgin TV, work desk, dining table and hotel quality beds & linen. Whether travelling for work or leisure, our property provides a great base. Ideal for contractors or larger groups working away, with discounts available for longer stays. All beds can be set up as King-size or split into 2 singles. Standard setup is 2 king beds. Please let us know your preferred setup when booking. Living room: Relax on our luxury corner sofa and enjoy the 55" smart TV with Virgin Media and streaming apps. We also have super fast broadband, a work desk and chair. Kitchen: The brand new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk sachets is also provided. Bathroom: The brand new bathroom has a spacious bath and shower. Hand soap, toiletries and towels are provided. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have comfortable hotel-quality beds, luxury pillows, duvets and high thread count bed linen. Blackout blinds and curtains help ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has a 32" smart TV with Virgin Media and streaming apps, plus plenty of storage, bedside cabinets and lamps. The apartment is on the upper floor, with stairs leading to the living accommodation. Please consider this if you have limited mobility or struggle with stairs. There is grass beyond the car park that can be used as outdoor space. The car park is accessed via our private driveway, shared only between our 2 adjacent properties.
