If you are booking for more than one person and for more than a few nights, we are built for it.

Furnished self-contained housing for people working away from home on a project, rented by the week or the month rather than the night. It is typically a whole house or apartment with a kitchen, living space and parking, so a crew can stay together and cook for themselves. Bills, broadband and housekeeping are usually included.

Rates depend on city, property type and team size. Self-contained studios and one-bed properties for one or two people typically range from £650 to £1,000 per week. Houses for teams of three to six typically range from £900 to £1,700 per week, around £200 to £400 per person. Large crews of seven or more are usually placed across multiple properties, working out at £150 to £260 per person. All Trade Stays rates are fixed and include utilities, broadband, council tax and weekly housekeeping. Rates for stays of four weeks or more are lower, so ask for a long-stay quote.

Yes. Larger crews are usually housed across several properties in the same area, and it still comes back as one shortlist and one contract. Invoicing is one VAT invoice per city, however many properties it takes, so a single-city project is a single invoice and a multi-city project is one per city.

No. No booking fee and no sourcing fee, and the price we quote is the price on your invoice. Pay by bank transfer or on account and there is nothing added. Card payments carry the standard processing charge.

Yes. Every booking is invoiced with VAT itemised, and credit accounts are available subject to approval, with 30 days from invoice. Costs can be itemised per project or per site so they can be allocated back to the job.
