Credit Accounts and 30 Day Terms

Book now, pay later. Approved companies pay 30 days from invoice, with a credit limit set to suit the size of the bookings and one named person handling the account.

What a credit account gives you

30 Day Terms

Pay 30 days from invoice rather than up front, so accommodation sits with the rest of your payables instead of needing a card at the point of booking.

Limits Up To £35,000

Credit limits are set per account, up to £35,000, based on the size and pattern of your bookings. Temporary increases can be arranged for a larger project.

One Statement, Not Twenty Invoices

Bookings can be consolidated into a single monthly statement, with every property and site itemised and VAT shown separately.

A Named Account Manager

One person sets the account up, agrees the terms with you, and handles every booking after that.

How to open an account

No forms to download and no credit application pack. It starts with a conversation.

  1. STEP 01

    Tell Us About The Work

Send your company details and a sense of the volume you expect over the next few months.

  2. STEP 02

    We Review It

We look at the company and the booking pattern, then come back with the limit and the terms we can offer.

  3. STEP 03

    Your Account Is Set Up

Your account manager confirms the limit and the terms, and you can book on account from then on.

Credit account questions

How approval, limits and billing actually work.

  • Usually a couple of working days once we have your company details. Your account manager will tell you where it has got to rather than leaving you to chase.
