How quickly can I book accommodation?Trade Stays can find you suitable accommodation with as little as 12 hours’ notice. If you need accommodation, email declan@tradestays.co.uk with the subject: urgent booking, or call us at 020 8115 4394 with your requirements. Alternatively, you can book online with our in-house properties on our website – view our online booking accommodations.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our accommodation solutions are highly flexible, catering to teams of 2 for straightforward bookings and up to 200 for complex ones. If more team members join, you can modify any part of your booking. Just inform us, and we will rearrange it accordingly, providing a final sum for any changes.
Why should I book with Trade Stays over a hotel?
We provide our clients with serviced accommodations, a house or an apartment with multiple bedrooms, a kitchen, living areas, outdoor areas, and Wi-Fi at no extra cost. This allows us to accommodate more of your team in comfortable living spaces at a better rate than a typical hotel.
What about the accommodation bills?
After booking, you will only pay PPPN (per person per night), with all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, TV, and internet, including without usage caps. We will ensure you and your team are as comfortable as possible.
Do the accommodations include parking?
The availability of parking will depend on the accommodation; however, if you require parking, we will provide you accommodation with parking options, whether driveway, street, or private parking.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, you can extend your stay at any time. At the booking stage, you will be designated as an account manager who will handle any of your requests.
Do you thoroughly vet the serviced accommodation options that you present us with?
All our accommodation providers have to agree to our terms and conditions before registering their accommodation to ensure they meet Trade Stays standards. Before we provide you with accommodation options, our support team will review the accommodations by providing you with up-to-date images and videos of the property. We can also arrange a property viewing for clients for long-term bookings.
